CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS :
POLYSTICK  SR -8585 :  This synthetic  rubber based adhesive has a wide use in footwear industry. Our Synthetic  Based Rubber Adhesive  with different grades are formulated from carefully selected solvents, rubbers   and   resins  to offer best bonding strength . The product SR 8585 is ideally used for attaching soles in all types of high quality footwear.This is best suitable for attaching soles in substrates like, leather, rubber, wood, EVA, synthetic material, fabric, foam, cork rubber, cellulose board, leather board, and others. The various grades  of Synthetic Rubber Based  Adhesive  are  formulated   to  meets the best  bonding  requirements  for  various  applications  like heat resistant, curing time, water and oil tolerance.
POLYSTICK  SR -8585   posses   outstanding   bond   strength coupled with high peel value. It  provides  a  best remedy  for  other industries where permanent bonding is required  like PVC  cloth, rubber   wood ,  metal  and automobile  industry.
 
INSTRUCTION FOR APPLICATION :
Surface of the bonded product should be cleaned and free of dust, grease or moisture. Care should be taken while using porous surface like boards where adhesive is absorbed leaving a non tacky  surface. Application of adhesive can be done via brush or pressing tools. Bonding  at  the  right  time  and the heavy pressure on both the surface after application provides a best adhesion . 
 
RECOMMENDED FOR USE :
The Containers should be tightly packed so as to keep airtight.
The products should be stirred properly before its application.
 
STORAGE CONDITION :
The adhesive containers should be kept in a shed so as to avoid direct sunlight. The temperature of a covered placed should be maintained between 10°C to 40°C.  These products should be stored in a flame proof area.
