Product Description :
POLYSTICK MERINEX is a premium Grade water resistant adhesives. A water proof adhesive can be immersed in water & it still works. Our POLYSTICK MERINEX adhesives are labeled as water resistant via one mode for exposure to water & humidity. They may fail if immersed in water.
These merinex adhesives only creates an excellent bond if the fundamental law of proper tight fitting of the joints are maintained via clamps. The strong adhesion is impossible if adhesive is applied on loose joints since furniture undergoes a lot of stages due to change in weather, moisture or continuous exposure to water or in place which are highly exposed to water or humidity.
 
 
 
 
CHARACTERISTICS of Merinex
 
FEATUREs :

Premium grade bonding in plywood.
Water protection for 50 hours.
Boiling water resistance for 60 minutes.
 
UTILITY :
All grades of plywood laminates, Blocks & other products.
Exposure of plywood to water.
Kitchen where plywood is more prone to exposure to water.
Recommended for bonding in one out of two material having porous surface.
 
APPLICATION PATTERN :

POLYSTICK MERINEX is applied on plywood or sunmica via roller, finger, brush on via pad.

  • Stir well.
  • Clear the surfaces.
  • Apply adhesive.

The backing surface should be properly cleaned & should be free from dust & then the MERINEX should be applied. The applied portion should be kept under pressure till the adhesive dries completely. Then the left over adhesives is cleaned via thinner.
